The Supported Living Program helps individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible in the communities of their choice. We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to provide service coordination, individual planning, and staff supervision of the Supported Living Program in the Vinton Office.

Candidates must be able to schedule, supervise, and train direct service staff, and maintain positive working relationships with persons served, their families, funding sources, and other service providers. Qualifications include a BA in a human service or similar field and experience working with persons with disabilities. Applicant must meet agency criteria for driving record and background checks.
