The Supported Living Program helps individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible in the communities of their choice. We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to provide service coordination, individual planning and staff supervision of the Supported Living Program in the Toledo area and to manage this office.


Candidates must be able to schedule, supervise and train direct service staff, and maintain positive working relationships with persons served, their families, funding sources and other service providers. Qualifications include a BA in a human service field and experience working with persons with disabilities. Applicants must meet agency criteria for driving record and background checks.
