The Supported Community Living Program helps individuals with disabilities live as independently as possible in the communities of their choice. We are seeking an Assistant Director of Supported Community Living Services to oversee the Vinton office. This is a 35 hour part time position and you can set your own work schedule.

Responsibilities include management of community-based supported living services for persons with disabilities in and around the Vinton area, providing staff supervision and support, monitoring documentation, billing and budget.

Good communication skills and the ability to develop a strong team and positive culture are musts. Qualifications include a BA in a human service or similar field and experience working with persons with disabilities and supervision of staff. Applicant must meet agency criteria for driving record and background checks.
